Join us every Saturday morning for a beginner friendly, 60mins Gentle Vinyasa and Restorative slow flow session centered around slowing down, noticing what it feels like to connect with your breath and be in your body, combined with the ancient practice of yoga amidst the historic walls of this iconic fortress.

Open-Air Yoga Sessions: Our experienced instructor will guide you through a harmonious blend of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation; promoting physical and mental wellbeing, inner peace and renewal.
Guided Meditation: Conclude your session with a guided meditation, allowing you to connect with your inner self and find tranquility within the Castle walls.
Community Connect: After each session, join fellow participants for a light healthy breakfast and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a friendly and supportive community.

Ticket Information:
Limited spaces are available to ensure an intimate and focused experience. We encourage you to book your spot before the event. Secure your spot by purchasing tickets online or at the Castle's entrance on the day of the event – notify us by Friday should you be paying at the venue.
Note: In case of inclement weather, sessions will be moved to a designated indoor area.
